RAY Community App is a product that provides an all-in-one community management platform. RAY Community App uses smart messaging to enable the Administrator(s) to push unidirectional information to community members and to collect feedback. The app is also a messaging platform that lets community members communicate.

The RAY Community App allows its members to tap into their respective community’s activities, stay connected and up-to-date on what is going on, and engage with other community members.

What members can currently do through the RAY Community App:

• Receive notifications from the Bot and send back feedback and answers

• Engage with other members of the community through chat

• Read news about the community and engage in a discussion thread about the topic

• Learn about the different groups of the community and contact them when needed

• Check out the different community apps and download them

• Interact with mentors as they share their advice and experience

• Check out the list of emergency contacts within the community
